Red Rose Ministry's operates and owns web sites, online services and online materials.  Our online services consist of: Red Rose Ministry's Newsletter (online newsletter), Ask Hattie (online message board), God's Girls Network (GGAN), The Christian Women Leadership (CWLG) for Christian women in business, and Red Rose Ministry's Blog (www.redroseministry.net/writings).  For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions statement, all five (5) services listed above shall be referred to as "online services".

Simply using our web site, online materials and "online services" means you automatically agree with Red Rose Ministry's terms and conditions.  This agreement fully discloses everything you need to about using our web site and what to expect from us.  Please note, we reserve the right to make changes, improvements, amendments, updates and/or omissions to these Terms and Conditions.  Continuing to use our web site, online materials, online newsletter, online message board and/or online forum after any modifications are made indicates that you accept the new changes.  If you do not agree, please do not use our web site. 

We do not intend or suggest that anyone should live by the spiritual standards or practices expressed in the information that we represent provided on our web site, in online materials, in our online newsletter or online message board.  When using our web sites, online materials, and "online services" you are solely responsible for complying with any applicable laws within your state, country, province or jurisdiction.  We reserve the right to add, delete, correct or change in any way information, views or statements displayed on our web site, in our online materials and online newsletter without notification.

Red Rose Ministry provides information and online materials on it's web sites that represents and supports its views, spiritual principles and practices regarding Christianity and the Holy Bible.  All information on this web site, including, but not limited to, names, online materials, information in our online newsletter, and any postings, messages or listings on our online message board are protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America.  All information on this web site and in online materials is provided for educational purposes only and exclusively owned by Red Rose Ministry..  Information, names, postings, messages , listings or discussions may not be copied, reprinted, reproduced, republished, uploaded, downloaded, forwarded, posted to any discussion on the Internet, transmitted or distributed whatsoever without our consent and written permission.  To do so, in either case, is considered as an infringement against our Terms and Conditions in which case we will pursue legal action to protect our interests is necessary. 

We do not make any claims of any sort of healing or the betterment of well-being, from the use of information on our web site, in online materials and online newsletter, as well as, postings, messages or listings in our online message board and/or online forum.  In no way do they necessarily represent the views of our affiliate entities or resources that are provided as links.

By using any of our "online services", you consent to the terms and conditions herein.  Postings, messages and/or listings in our online forum with the exception of our online message board and online newsletter are not of the opinion or view of Red Rose Ministry.  They are solely opinions and/or statements declared by persons not affiliated with our ministry or web sites, unless it is otherwise noted as such.  We are in no way responsible for their opinions and/or statements, how they affect you emotionally and/or what damage or loss they may cause you.  Whenever using one of our online services, you are solely responsible for your emotional health, well-being and interaction with respect to any outcome and/or any direct or indirect result that may come about.

Submitting Editorial Material, Information, References & Feedback
You agree by submitting any information to this web site as an editorial and reference review; Events Calendar posting; Trade Register reference; testimonial; and/or comment, suggestion and idea as feedback that neither is considered confidential in nature, other than data you are protected by under our Privacy Policy statement.  You further agree to submit editorials and information using an alias/user name should you choose not to disclose your real name protection and confidentiality purposes.  Any editorials and/or information submitted through this web site (other than data agreed upon) becomes the property and exclusive ownership of Red Rose Ministry for present and future rights; even if this agreement is terminated.  This means that should we decide to use your editorial and/or information (other than data agreed upon) in support of our ministry's mission, we have the right to do so at any time, on any of our websites or on in any of our publications and not are obligated to compensate anyone.

Please note, Red Rose Ministry reserves the right not to accept or publish any written material or information on it's web site or publications if, for any reason, we feel it does not support our guidelines in this Terms of Use document or our mission, goals and cause.  Red Rose Ministry is a Christian organization; therefore, we do not support profanity: any use is grounds for immediate termination of review.

Graphics & Logos
All logos and graphics are trademarks exclusively owned by Red Rose Ministry.  All rights are reserved and protected under the United States of America's copyright laws.  Members of the Christian Trade Register for Women have access to COPY ONLY (right click with mouse and paste) reserved images intended for display on their web sites.  Otherwise, you may not copy, reprint, reproduce, republish, upload, download, forward, post to any discussion on the Internet, transmit or distribute any logo, graphic, name or information whatsoever without our consent and written permission.  Use or misuse is strictly prohibited. 

We will pursue any necessary legal action against anyone who infringes upon our rights if necessary.

As a part of our service to you, we provide links as referrals to other resources on the Internet.  However, in no way are we responsible for the content of other web sites.  We do not necessarily endorse or approve of their information and/or services.  Nor do we make any representations about their information displayed, its accuracy, materials, or products for sale.  The use of any link posted on our web site that directly goes to another web site is of your sole responsibility and discretion.  Make no assumption that Red Rose Ministry is connected to or controls other web sites that are posted as resources.  Any link that is approved as a resource should not explicitly or by implication presume that Red Rose Ministry, it's web site and employees or affiliated entities has endorsed or sponsored their web site or organization unless it is solely verified through our organization and as listed on our web site as such.

Liability Limitations
Red Rose Ministry is not liable for any damages or injuries as a result from using any of our web sites.  These damages or injuries include but are not limited to:

Usage of web sites;
Errors, Interruption, or Inability to access our web sites;
Performance failure of our web sites due to technical difficulty or any other cause;
Computer viruses; and
Any consequential or incidental damages.

However, if you live in a state where limits or exclusion of liabilities for "incidental or consequential damages" do not apply; then, by using our web site you accept the terms of this agreement herein that Red Rose Ministry's liability to you for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries of any kind whether they are claimed as damages under terms of an agreement or contract, wrongful activity, wrongful conduct, negligence or any legal theory will not be greater than whatever the amount is that you pay or paid to access any of our web sites. 

Termination of Agreement
Our Terms and Conditions are effective and enforceable until terminated by Red Rose Ministry.  We reserve the right to terminate this document; any parts of our web site, online materials and "online services" at any time without notification to you.  We also reserve the right to terminate your registration and/or your sponsorship at any time without notification to you if, at our sole discretion, you have misused, violated or breached any terms and conditions.  In which case, your name and information will be deleted from our database.

Red Rose Ministry reserves the right to make changes, improvements, amendments, updates and/or omissions to this Privacy Policy.  Continued use of our web site after modifications are made indicates your consent of our new Privacy Policy changes and the use of its information.  If you do not agree with any new changes, please do not use our web site.
