Red Rose Ministry is not in the business of selling your information.  Any information retrieved through our web site is used for the sole purpose of registering individuals and/or processing sponsor information.  We WILL NOT sell or share your name, address, email address or any other information.  Neither will we compile it into a public mailing list or use it for any type of solicitation, not even for our own interests.

What We Do With Your Sponsorship Information
1. Register your name with Red Rose Ministry as sponsor under the selection you choose.
2. Verify your credit card information.
3. Place you on our auto-debit list for sponsors and debit the donation you specify from your credit or debit card on a monthly basis.
4. Contact you if necessary regarding your sponsorship or any questions you may have.

Who Else Gets Your Information
Because Red Rose Ministry DOES NOT sell or share your information, not organizations will receive your information.

Ensuring Your Credit Card Safety
Red Rose Ministry takes several safety measures to retrieve your information over the Internet.  Your name, address, email and any other information provided to us is protected by several secured network systems that utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.  All of your data is encrypted. When transmitting your information be sure to look for the "gold lock" located in your Web Browser.  Also look for an "s" in the "http" portion of the URL address, which should read "https://www...."  This ensures that you are actually on our secured server. 

In addition, we use Hacker Safe to protect our web site night and day.  (Look for their logo on our Home Page).  Hacker Safe watches our web site 24 hours a day for any movement that remotely indicates wrongful activity.  Although it is a costly service, it raises our comfort level knowing we have added security procedures for your safety. 

Removing Your Name From Our Email Newsletter
You have the option of removing your email address from  our email newsletter.  You may either:

1. Click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of any email newsletter and follow the instructions; OR
2. Email a short message to service@redroseministry.com;.
