Red Rose Ministry is a Christian organization that advocates creating peaceful,
harmonious, non-hostile homes. We provide education about how
to heal, transform, and restore through the power and love of Jesus. By valuing
ourselves like God does, loving ourselves the way God does, and knowing
our worth through God, we
can be who God has called us to be and experience a healthy,
spiritual life according to His will. Our main goal is to
primarily assist women and young girls in finding and maintaining
their God-given spirit of power, of self-love and of
self-discipline.

How We Came to Be
One day, God imparted a
vision
in my mind to build a ministry
that helps heal, transform and restore women, and young girls around
the world who are in, coming out of or broken free of emotionally
and verbally abusive relationships.
The
sole
purpose is to help strengthen
our
God-given spirits of power, of love and of self-discipline by
allowing Jesus Christ to abide in our hearts and minds so that
we may love ourselves the way God does and not the world.
Before Red Rose Ministry could materialize as a beacon of light and
positive force in the world, first I had to learn a few hard
lessons in self-love, humility, faith, obedience, trust,
perseverance, discipline, self-confidence and self-worth.
Through my "darkest days", the Father taught me how
to love myself like I never loved myself before; how to be
obedient to His word; how to trust Him when fear overcame me; how to
be
confident; how to know my worth (something I never
knew); how to fully embrace the peace and love of His son, Jesus
Christ; and what it meant to truly understand "whose" I
am and who I belong too
—Him, God the Father.
With my knees
shaking, my feet sliding and the enemy in my ear trying his best to
impart doubt, fear and anything else he could in my thoughts to
bring me to a place lower than I was, I just kept reminding myself
over and over again that God's word does not come
back void. I repeated this to myself everyday, through out the
day. There were many a night my eyes shed tears and many a
day I clung onto the hope of victory as I chastened my spirit in
the quest for God's glory over my life. My experience of
being in an emotionally abusive relationship for many years was
indeed turbulent to say the least. There were storms after
storms that seemed like they just wouldn't end; but, God the Father kept me.
He kept me through it all; even through the times when I felt like I was all
alone. Day after day, I reminded myself that
if God believes I can do
this (birth Red Rose Ministry); then, I must have in me what it takes
- a
"spirit of power, of
love and of self-discipline"
(2 Timothy 1:7). God's
belief in us can make us believe in ourselves...and so it
was with me. Just as God used the decision of Joseph's
brothers that
was meant for bad (selling him into slavery) and used it for good to
glorify Himself, so He did for me. God saved my life from
a potentially dangerous relationship and used that experience to
manifest something out of it for His own good.
As time passed by, taking steps to move out of that
relationship, I climbed out of valleys, over mountain tops, back
down into and out of valleys again. I came through years
of tears, serious pain, frustration, and disappointment. Finally,
I got honest
with myself and God by recognizing and acknowledging that I was
responsible for making a bad decision that would altered my life
in ways I could have never imagined. Looking back, I used
to think there was some types of pain that could possibly never
go away; that the only way we could cope with it was to manage
it. Today, I know differently. As the well-known,
recording gospel artist, Kirk Franklin, says in one of his hit
songs -"there is a lover named, Jesus." I thank God for bringing
me to Jesus! I praise the Lord and give Him the glory!
He turned my situation around; He made what once seemed
impossible to me, possible.
Today, I make it a practice to bring decisions before the throne
of the Lord. If I should so happen to make a minor decision
without Him that I am unhappy
about and have to suffer consequences from, I pray for the lesson in it and
use it as an
opportunity to grown further on my walk in the Spirit of Jesus Christ.
I know "whose" I am and the "power" that resides within me
and where it comes from. I know that there is nothing the
enemy can do to me that God will not allow. I do not fear
the enemy. I walk by faith in Spirit and not by sight in flesh.
I do not lean own my understanding nor the world's, but rather on
God, the Father's. I
strive to do what it is good and pleasing to God and not my flesh. I love
God
with all my strength, all my soul and all my might...and I trust
Him.
Years of healing and transformation
prepared me for
what God
planted in my mind some years ago
—the
vision of a ministry that would help women and young girls all
around the world. Month after month, I nurtured my mind by
allowing God's Living Water to cleanse away old thoughts and
ways to produce new thoughts and ways that are led by His
Spirit. His is reconditioning my heart and soul everyday.
We are ever-growing and evolving spirits. Through God's
grace, He has made me a whole woman. I have blossomed, yet
I am still growing in the His word and His ways as I embrace
challenges that come my way. But today, the difference is
that I try my best to exercise the power of free-will in making
a choice to be led by
my spirit of power, of love, and of self-discipline.
Hallelujah!
Praise
and glory to the Most High God! For He is awesome!
I am a living witness that God, the Father (Yahwey) is real and Jesus Christ
is real. Jesus Christ can heal pain and we do not have to
live with it or carry it around with us.
The Lord's
powerful hand brought me out of
"my wilderness" and into His promise land. Loving Jesus set me free, free to do God's
will —the work of Red Rose Ministry.

Prayer
of Faith
"Father God,
You are our protector and shelter.
Guide us as daughters of your ways
keeping open
our hearts, minds, and ears
so your word takes root in our spirits,
forever growing and longing to do
what is right and pleasing to you, oh Lord.
Fill our hearts with your love and grace
as we experience the peace that permeates
through Red Rose Ministry.
As we unite from every corner of the globe
let us support one another, yet be in pursuit of you.
Take us under your wing and
nurture us with your Living Water
as we grow in fellowship.
Help us bring all things in the dark to your light
so that complete healing, transformation and restoration
may take place deep within our souls.
Protect us as we walk in the Spirit of Christ,
striving to be holy like you.
Glorify yourself, oh Lord,
as your holy word is ministered here
building, rebuilding and rejuvenating souls
in the name of Christ Jesus.
Amen."

Mission
"Each
one of you is part of the body of Christ, and you were chosen to
live
together in peace."
Colossians 3:15
Red Rose
Ministry's goal
is to help others heal, transform and restore
their lives through the power and love of Jesus Christ,
the Messiah. However, we primarily focus on
assisting women and young girls who are in, coming out
of or broken free from emotionally abusive
relationships by giving them tools to spiritually empower
themselves. These are some of the focal points we
concentrate on:
Aligning with God.
Being humble like Christ.
Tapping into God-given power.
Speaking with a powerful tongue.
Discovering and maintaining peace.
Self-love, self-confidence, and self-worth.
Growing in faith with God.
Giving back to communities.

Philosophy
"Change is the result of an enlightened
mind that chooses to make a difference."
Minister Sabrina
Evans
Red Rose Ministry believes true inner peace
comes by allowing Jesus Christ to abide in the hearts
and minds of mankind. Revelation through Jesus
Christ brings healing. Healing brings restoration and
transformation is the process by which is takes place.
The outcome equals self-love,
self-confidence, and self-worth God's way, not the world's.
God's is love and His love is sovereign. God loves
us.
If we know God, we know love.
Loving God means loving ourselves and others. |
